Scientific and technical journal “News of universities. Food Technology” has been published at the Kuban State Technological University since 1957.

Target audience: scientists, doctoral students, graduate students, undergraduates and students of engineering, technological, agricultural, economic universities; scientific and engineering workers of academic and industry research, design institutes and other organizations, food industry specialists.

The subject of the magazine

Being one of the main sources of information on fundamental and applied research in the field of food technology, the journal promotes information exchange in the domestic and foreign scientific environment. The pages of the journal highlight the results of scientific research conducted in Russia and abroad in the field of the food industry:
