Аннотация:
В условиях трансформационных изменений под воздействием мобилизационного фактора пищевая промышленность позволяет власти и бизнесу в рамках региональных экономик осуществлять преобразования в инновационных цепочках создания стоимостей в интересах обретения Россией желаемого уровня конкурентоустойчивости и технологического суверенитета. Актуальность данного исследования обоснована необходимостью накопления внутреннего потенциала в различных составляющих кумулятивного драйвера инновационного развития в регионе, а также расширения влияния мотивационно-поведенческого мультипликатора на осуществление адаптационных процессов в региональных экономиках в задаваемом векторе наращивания конкурентоустойчивости отраслевых сфер пищевой промышленности посредством рационального реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов. Предложена модель управления конкурентоустойчивостью отраслевых сфер пищевой промышленности в региональной экономике в условиях адаптационных изменений под воздействием мобилизационного фактора. Данная модель в конкретных условиях функционирования и развития бизнеса в региональных образованиях и реалиях его ресурсной компенсационной состоятельности в разработке новых технологических и производственных решений может использоваться не только для выявления слабых звеньев и элементов в выстраиваемых маркетингово-коммуникационных полях взаимодействующих субъектов, но и для установления зон инновационных фронтиров для осуществления прорывных производственно-технологических скачков в конкретных отраслевых сферах.

Annotation:
In the context of transformational changes under the influence of the mobilization factor, the food industry allows the authorities and businesses within the regional economies to implement transformations in innovative value chains in the interests of Russia’s acquisition of the desired level of competitiveness and technological sovereignty. The relevance of the study is justified by the need to accumulate internal potential in various components of the cumulative driver of innovative development in the region, as well as to expand the influence of the motivational and behavioral multiplier on the implementation of adaptation processes in regional economies in a given vector of increasing the competitiveness of industry sectors of the food industry through rational reengineering of business processes. A model for managing the competitiveness of industry sectors of the food industry in the regional economy in the context of adaptive changes under the influence of the mobilization factor is proposed. This model, in the specific conditions of the functioning and development of business in regional entities and the realities of its resource compensation capacity in the development of new technological and production solutions, can be used not only to identify weak links and elements in the built marketing and communication fields of interacting entities, but also to establish zones of innovative frontiers for the implementation of breakthrough production and technological leaps in specific industry areas.
