Аннотация:
Пищевая промышленность является важнейшей стратегической отраслью в обеспечении продовольственной и, как следствие, национальной безопасности страны. Поэтому актуально определение направлений стратегического развития предприятий пищевой промышленности. Одно из таких направлений – активизация инновационной деятельности предприятия. Проведен анализ современного состояния инновационной деятельности предприятий отрасли. Предложен алгоритм активизации инновационной деятельности в стратегическом развитии предприятий пищевой промышленности с учетом выявления сильных и слабых сторон их деятельности для разработки рекомендаций по устранению проблемных зон. Применение разработанного алгоритма позволит перейти к высокоэффективной, стратегически ориентированной системе внедрения инноваций на пищевых предприятиях, ориентированной на достижение поставленных целей инновационного развития отрасли.

Annotation:
The food industry is the most important strategic sector in ensuring food security and, as a result, national security of the country. Therefore, it is important to determine the directions of strategic development of food industry enterprises. One of such directions is the activation of the innovative activity of the enterprise. The analysis of the current state of innovation activity of enterprises in the industry is carried out. The algorithm of activation of innovative activity in the strategic development of food industry enterprises is proposed, taking into account the identification of strengths and weaknesses of their activities to develop recommendations for the elimination of problem areas. The application of the developed algorithm will allow us to move to a highly efficient, strategically oriented innovation system at food enterprises, focused on achieving the goals of innovative development of the industry.
