Аннотация:
Показаны патриотизм, мужество и героизм, проявленные сотрудниками и студентами вузов в сражениях на фронтах и партизанской борьбе против фашистской Германии в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 гг. Рас- крыты особенности перестройки и организации научно-образовательной и воспитательной деятельности Кубанских пищевых институтов в условиях военного времени. Изучены и представлены содержание и итоги творческой научно- исследовательской, изобретательской, конструкторской и производственной работы ученых и сотрудников в интересах сражающейся Красной Армии и Великой Победы.

Annotation:
The patriotism, courage and heroism shown by university staff and students in the battles on the fronts and the guerrilla struggle against nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 are shown. The features of the restructuring and organization of scientific, educational and educational activities of the Kuban food Institutes in wartime conditions are revealed. The content and results of the creative research, inventive, design and production work of scientists and employees in the interests of the fighting Red Army and the Great Victory are studied and presented.
