Аннотация:
Показана история становления и развития науки в вузах Кубани в 1920–1945 годы. Установлено, что результаты научно-исследовательской работы отдельных кафедр и коллективов вузов стали основой технического и технологического перевооружения предприятий пищевой промышленности региона. Приведены примеры эффективного научно-технического взаимодействия вузовской науки и отраслей пищевой промышленности Кубани.

Annotation:
The history of formation and development of science in the universities of the Kuban in the years 1920-1945 is shown. It is established that the results of the research work of individual departments and teams of higher education institutions became the basis of the technical and technological re-equipment of enterprises of food industry of the region. Examples of effective technical and scientific interaction between the university science and food industry of the Kuban are given.
