Аннотация:
Рассмотрены особенности процесса деаэрации воды как одного из этапов производства газированных напитков. Проанализированы способы и выявлены основные условия эффективного проведения деаэрации. Показано, что наиболее рациональным способом деаэрации при производстве газированных напитков является вакуумная деаэрация. Сделан краткий анализ существующих конструкций деаэраторов, приведена оценка их достоинств и недостатков. Обосновано применение и представлено описание новой конструкции деаэратора, имеющего низкое гидравлическое сопротивление и достаточно высокую эффективность массообмена. Основой конструкции является распределительный элемент с экранирующим диском, создающим куполообразную пленку жидкости, перекрывающую сечение деаэратора. Показаны основные преимущества новой конструкции деаэратора.

Considered are the peculiarities of the process of deaeration of water as one of the stages of the production of carbonated beverages. Analyzes the ways and revealed the basic conditions for the effective conduct of deaeration. It is shown that the most rational way deaeration during the production of carbonated beverages is a vacuum deaeration. Presents a brief analysis of the existing structures deaerators, assesses their strengths and weaknesses. Proved the application and describes the new design of the deaerator with low hydraulic resistance and a high efficiency of mass transfer. The basis for the design is the distribution element of screening disk, creating a dome-shaped film of moisture blocking a cross-section of the deaerator. Shows the main advantages of this new design of the deaerator.
